EPIC Leadership Development Workshop 

The EPIC Leadership Development Workshop is a practical course provided by ICE Mentors for organizations and schools. The workshop conveys an impactful learning experience that delivers insights and skills designed to foster leadership within all participants. This EPIC workshop teaches functional leadership skills and core competencies that students need to lead their own life and influence others positively. Utilizing a system of activities, we provide leaders with improved communication skills, self-awareness and practical tactics to develop aspiring leaders to master their personal life, academic and professional careers.  Participants will also learn management skills such as problem solving, decision making, assertiveness and personal brand.

• Define Personal Leadership and How to Make Choices to Lead Yourself  
• Understand the Role of a Leader and Their Traits
• Enhance Communication and Collaboration Skills
• List Strategies for Establishing Credibility
• Discuss “Leading by Example,” and Provide Examples of Specific Desirable Leadership Behaviors
• Define Personal Brand
• Increase Networking skills
