Job Description: Program Coordinator Intern (Field Study Opportunity)
ICE Mentors is seeking a motivated college student to assist in creating positive spaces for girls and boys. This role offers hands-on experience in youth classroom management, education, teaching, mentorship, program facilitation, and leadership development.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate and teach program lessons
Build supportive relationships with middle and high school students.
Facilitate engaging and interactive workshops.
Provide mentorship focused on personal growth and goal-setting.
Assist in program coordination and activities.
Skills & Competencies:
Developing public speaking and teaching skills.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Creative and energetic approach to youth engagement.
A passion for supporting Black and Brown youth.
Ability to work and travel to schools in Central Ohio during school hours.
Ability to work some evenings and weekends.
This position is ideal for a current college student seeking field study hours while making a meaningful impact in the community.
