Job Description: Program Coordinator Intern (Field Study Opportunity)

ICE Mentors is seeking a motivated college student to assist in creating positive spaces for girls and boys. This role offers hands-on experience in youth classroom management, education, teaching, mentorship, program facilitation, and leadership development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and teach program lessons 
  • Build supportive relationships with middle and high school students.
  • Facilitate engaging and interactive workshops.
  • Provide mentorship focused on personal growth and goal-setting.
  • Assist in program coordination and activities.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Developing public speaking and teaching skills.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Creative and energetic approach to youth engagement.
  • A passion for supporting Black and Brown youth.
  • Ability to work and travel to schools in Central Ohio during school hours. 
  • Ability to work some evenings and weekends.

This position is ideal for a current college student seeking field study hours while making a meaningful impact in the community.
