ICE Mentors School Program

ICE Mentors School Program

The ICE Boys Club is an interactive school program designed to develop and improve competencies such as self-awareness, self-management, social- awareness, relationship skills, and responsible decision-making skills in boys specifically Black and Brown boys. Our main approach is to position professional young Men of Color as mentors to provide real, accessible and positive representation at the forefront.

The Boys Club is led by an ICE Mentor and each session is designed to last forty-five minutes to an hour’s time.

Our curriculum implements customized solutions and strategies for youth to boldly speak up and advocate for equitable realities for themselves, their families and communities. We inspire youth to set standards and expectations that align with their values and morals, to encourage confidence so that they can confront stereotypes, peer pressure, and to empower them to make the best decisions for the best outcomes in their lives.
